Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information in English and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we can capture the amount and ship your order.

Q: Do you provide tracking info?

A: Yes, you will receive an email which contains your tracking information once your order has shipped. Can't find your email? Send us a quick note at info@casefyshop.com, and we'll resend it! Sometimes due to free standard shipping tracking is not available. If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Thus, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from sweat-free factories located in Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item), as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.This way you can receive your items internationally without having to pay any import taxes for orders below $1000. We currently do not offer expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. because of the high import taxes, they charge to their customers (you).

Q: What is the store's return and exchange policy?

A: Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there is defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us within no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Orders cannot be canceled upon shipment.
